The RMI Active and Conformant Facilities List page is being replaced with RMI Public List page. The RMI Active and Conformant Facilities List page will be available here until January 5th, 2026.
The RMI Public List is the key industry reference to determine whether a facility (e.g., smelter or refiner) participates in RMI assessments. It also lists facilities assessed by RMI cross-recognized schemes that have opted-in for public listing on the RMI website.
Maintained by the RMI as a public good, the list is freely accessible and helps promote transparency regarding the performance of listed facilities in relation to the risks covered by their assessments.
The RMI Public List is comprised of four sections:
| RMI Public List Section | Risk Scope | Relevant Standard | Relevant Assessment |
| 1. Facility Overview, offering basic facility identification information | n/a | n/a | n/a |
| 2. Conformant List – Due Diligence Assessment (Annex II risks) | OECD Annex II risks: • Serious human rights abuses associated with the extraction, transport or trade of minerals • Direct or indirect support to non-state armed groups • Direct or indirect support to public or private security forces. • Bribery and fraudulent misrepresentation of the origin of minerals. • Money laundering. • Non-payment of taxes, fees and royalties to governments
These do not include environmental, social, or governance risks beyond those listed. | Global Responsible Sourcing Due Diligence Standard for Mineral Supply Chains – All Minerals

Facilities listed as RMAP Conformant on the Conformant List have been assessed through the Responsible Minerals Assurance Process (RMAP), which validates whether a facility meets the requirements of the RMI’s Global Responsible Sourcing Due Diligence Standard for Mineral Supply Chains – All Minerals and the RMI mineral-specific standards for tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold available here.
For important clarifications on the scope and limitations of the Conformant List, please see this executive summary and the more detailed Responsible Minerals Assurance Process (RMAP) Explainer.
